Acceptance of these terms
By using RPS Royale, operated by Hamed Ansarian, as a guest or a verified account holder, you agree to these terms. RPS Royale is a simple, general-audience game with no age verification of its own; if the law where you live sets a minimum age for entering into an agreement like this one, you confirm that you meet it or that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Guest and verified accounts
A guest identity lasts for your current browser session. A verified account is created with an email and password or an OAuth provider, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Permitted use
You may use RPS Royale to create and join rooms, play matches, and interact with other players in accordance with these terms and any in-game rules.
Prohibited conduct
- Abusing, harassing, or impersonating other players.
- Automating gameplay or interacting with the service outside normal browser use.
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
- Attempting to exploit rooms, matches, or virtual points outside their intended behavior.
How the game works
The authoritative server determines all live game outcomes. The How to Play page is an informative summary of room rules, match resolution, spectating, and reconnect behavior; it does not override the live server-determined result of any match.
Rooms have a lifecycle controlled by their creator and the server, including start requirements, reconnection handling, and spectator behavior. Availability of any room or the service generally is not guaranteed.
Virtual points and wagers
Virtual points used to wager within rooms are in-game points only. They are not cash, currency, a financial product, or a prize, and cannot be purchased, redeemed, transferred, or withdrawn.
Advertising
RPS Royale intends to display advertising through Google AdSense once that service has completed its review of the live site. See our Privacy Policy for how consent, cookies, and advertising are handled.
Intellectual property
RPS Royale's software, design, and branding belong to Hamed Ansarian. You keep any rights you already have in content you submit (such as a chosen display name), but by using the service you allow us to display that content back to you and to other players as part of normal gameplay.
Third-party services
RPS Royale runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, may use email or OAuth identity providers you choose to sign in with, and, once active, Google AdSense for advertising.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use after that date means you accept the changes. We may suspend or terminate access for a guest session or verified account that violates these terms, including the prohibited conduct listed above. You may stop using RPS Royale, or request deletion of a verified account, at any time by contacting info@rpsroyale.fun.
Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity
RPS Royale is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hamed Ansarian is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim relating to RPS Royale is limited to the amount (if any) you paid to use it. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally by contacting us first will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Austria, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts instead.
