How to play RPS Royale
Join a room, win your matchups, grow through each series round, and be the last player standing.
Create or join a gameHow a series works
Win matches. Return for the next round. Claim the series.
- MatchTwo alive players make their choices. One advances and one watches.
- Series roundOne survivor wins the round, then every admitted player returns for the next one.
- Final championAfter the configured rounds finish, the server selects the champion.
A creator chooses the room minimum, capacity, and series length within server limits. The creator alone can start an open room, and only after it reaches its configured minimum number of players. The server pairs alive players until one player wins each series round. Scale carries forward between rounds.
The matchup
The server runs every decision.
The Durable Object server owns choices, timers, pairings, results, and recovery. A browser or room creator cannot control the outcome or stop a room by disconnecting.
- Rock beats scissors
- Scissors beats paper
- Paper beats rock
If a player misses a choice, the server supplies a random choice so the matchup can continue. A tie starts a short mash challenge; the authoritative accepted count decides who advances.
Grow and watch
A win grows your scale. A loss opens the spectator view.
Each match winner gains one scale. The losing player watches the rest of that series round, then returns when the next configured round begins.

Spectate
Follow public match state while you wait.
Spectators can watch public match progress. During finalist windows, they may wager virtual points on a finalist. Wagers never affect outcomes and have no real-money value.
Guest play is always available. Your browser session lets you reconnect to an active room after a temporary connection loss.
