- Questions about how the game or a specific rule works.
- Bug reports and problems connecting to or playing in a room.
- Privacy requests: access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information. The Privacy Policy explains your rights.
- Reports of abuse, cheating, or a security problem you have found.
- Feedback and ideas for the game.
Helping us fix a problem
A useful report includes:
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- The room code and roughly what time it happened, if it was during a game.
- Your browser and device, for example Firefox on Windows or Safari on iPhone.
Please never send a password or a sign-in code by email. We will never ask for one, and nothing we do requires it.
Who answers
RPS Royale is operated by Hamed Ansarian, based in Austria, and messages sent to this address are read by the operator. We answer as soon as we reasonably can, and we confirm when a deletion request has been completed.
